The overall size of your home or property directly impacts how many lights, clips, and extension cords are needed. Larger homes or multi-story properties require more materials and time to install, which affects pricing.

2. Location:
Travel distance and regional factors can influence the final cost. Homes located farther from our service area or in areas with limited access may affect pricing.

3. Accessibility:
The ease of installation plays a big role in pricing. Steep roofs, tall peaks, obstacles like trees or landscaping, or areas that require taller ladders can increase installation time and complexity.

We have a $500 minimum, which covers high-quality commercial-grade lights, professional installation, timers, maintenance throughout the season, and safe removal once the holidays are over. Every project is quoted individually to ensure transparent, fair pricing and a beautiful, customized lighting display for your home.

We offer full-service Christmas light installation, including professional installation, maintenance throughout the season, and takedown. All lights are provided as part of our rental program, so you don’t have to buy or store anything.

When do you start installing Christmas lights?

We begin installations in early fall and continue through the holiday season. Booking early ensures the best schedule availability and allows us to complete your setup before the rush. Most installations are completed in 1–3 hours

How much does Christmas Light Installation cost?

Pricing starts at 500$ but each install price varies based on the size of your home, roofline length, and additional decor options.

What happens if the lights go out or stop working?

If anything stops working during the season, simply contact us and we’ll come out to fix it at no additional cost within 24 hours.

How can I get a free estimate?

Do you install customer-owned lights?

No, we do not install customer-owned lights

What kind of lights do you install?

We install commercial-grade C9 bulbs for rooflines and 25ft mini lights for palms, trees, hedges and bushes.

Do you offer any additional lighting?

Yes! In addition to rooflines, we can wrap trees/palms, decorate bushes/hedges and outline windows/garages.

Do you take the lights down after Christmas?

Yes. Upon request, we start takedowns after Christmas Day. Otherwise, after New Years Day.

What if I'm not home for takedown?

No problem. As long as he have access to the property, you don’t need to be home. Takedowns take about 1 hour.
